We are unable to provide instructions or assistance regarding how to purchase, transfer, or use cryptocurrency.
SELF-SERVICE ORDERING & INVENTORY
You may place your order directly through our Telegram Self-Service Order Bot.
There is no need to contact customer service to ask whether a product is currently in stock.
If a product can be added to your shopping cart, it is available for ordering.
For products with fewer than 20 kits remaining, we may apply an inventory limit inside the ordering system to prevent overselling.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
For orders placed through our Telegram Self-Service Order Bot, your tracking information will be sent directly to you through the bot once it becomes available.
RACKING INFORMATION
Tracking numbers are normally provided within a few days after the order has been processed.
Please allow sufficient time for warehouse processing and carrier pickup.
MANUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PAYMENTS
If you choose to place your order through our manual customer service system instead of the Self-Service Order Bot, please contact customer service first to obtain the correct cryptocurrency payment address and the exact payment amount for your order.
The amount provided by customer service must be paid exactly as instructed.

Customer service may instruct you to send:
$100.42 USDT
In this situation, you must send the exact amount provided by customer service.
This unique payment amount helps us:
• accurately identify and match your payment to your order
• reduce the risk of payment fraud
• prevent another person from attempting to reuse or falsely claim your Transaction ID / Transaction Hash
If you send a different amount from the exact amount provided by customer service, we may be unable to identify your payment correctly, and your order may not be processed or shipped until the payment can be verified.

After making payment through manual customer service, please provide your Transaction ID.
You may either:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & CARRIER SUPPORT
If your order experiences a problem during domestic delivery in the United States, we strongly recommend that you contact the shipping carrier directly first.
Our customer service team is based in China and has limited ability to communicate directly with U.S. local delivery offices. For local delivery issues, contacting the carrier yourself will usually be faster and more effective than asking our China-based customer service team to contact them on your behalf.
